Kojima Productions completed its 7-year anniversary and Hideo Kojima revealed some interesting information during the celebration. The studio confirmed the production of Death Stranding 2 in The Games Award 2022 with a trailer.
On December 16, Hideo Kojima revealed some unique facts that weren’t revealed at the TGA 2022. For instance, the revelation of a new game project that will be revealed the next year. Additionally, the production is also working on “some visual projects” that are still in a shroud of mystery.

Hideo Kojima expressed his heartfelt gratitude in the 7 year celebration video and said the following:
“Have you had a chance to check out our latest title, Death Stranding 2, which we revealed at The Game Awards? I promise to give you even more amazement and an overall gaming experience than the first one. We hope you’ll be excited about it.”
While the first part of the video dealt with Death Stranding 2 strictly, the second segment was more intriguing. Here’s what he said, “In addition to DS2, we are also preparing a completely new game as well as some visual projects. I am hoping to bring you more information on all of these next year.”

Hideo Kojima confirmed a new project in development, and fans will get their first look as early as next year. Additionally, the visual projects are also something that is interesting as they have never done something like this before.
While the studio’s plans are yet to be revealed in detail, it won’t be long until fans get their first look next year. If speculations can be made, there are high chances that Kojima might reveal information in the Summer Game Fest 2023. If not, then the next TGA might be the absolute time when this reveal would be made.
