We finally know the release date for the sequel of the classic turn-based strategy game Hard West, Hard West 2. The upcoming title will launch on PC via Steam and GOG.com on August 4, 2022.
Accompanying the announcement, the developers launched a new release date trailer, highlighting a few enemies that players will encounter. The trailer shares a look at the curse-casting Shadow Blackheart and the Demon Hellspawn. Shadow Blackheart can cast curses on players, and Demon Hellspawn barfs toxin, dealing poison damage.

Hard West 2 is a turn-based strategy game by developer Ice Code Games. In the sequel to Hard West, the game lets players explore the Wild West as outlaw Gin Carter in a fight to save his soul from the devil.
The game features an ensemble of voice talents of Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series), Darien Sills-Evans (Days Gone, League of Legends) and Adam Gifford (The Colony, Batman: Hush). Additionally, the game features a score by BAFTA Award winner Jason Graves, known for his work in Dead Space and Tomb Raider, and a story co-written by Matt Forbeck, who is a New York Times bestselling author and Origins Awards winner.
