Josef Fares is a magnificent human being. While he went to the annals of video game history thanks to his weird but captivating Game Awards Speech from a few years ago, the game by his studio Hazelight has also connected with the players.
Both It Takes Two and A Way Out also re-introduced the long-lost couch co-op gaming while packing a gripping emotional tale. Naturally, both the game received critical acclaim and applause from a wide array of audiences.

With both titles actively enjoyed by numerous people, it seems Fares and Hazelight have started development on their next title. Fares posted the following Tweet on his Twitter account.

“Sneak peek of our next game.” The image shows Fares taking pictures with the two mocap talents from the yet unannounced project. There is no additional information to go with, apart from the fact that this confirms Hazelight officially working on a new project.
Given that this year’s Game Awards are only a few months away, we might get a look at the next game by them. For now, fans can wait in anticipation and play Josef Fares developed It Takes Two and A Way Out on PC and consoles. It Takes Two will also launch for Nintendo Switch in November 2022.
