Need for Speed Unbound is officially revealed. After EA confirmed the title in May and numerous leaks later, we finally have a look at the next title. It is developed by Criterion Games, which consists of Codemasters’ Chesire team, and features underground street racing culture.

Need for Speed Unbound takes place in the world of Lakeshore City after a robbery at a family auto shop tears two friends apart. Players will go through a journey of becoming a top racer from a rookie to reclaiming the stolen car. Players will also get to challenge the hip-hop artist A$AP Rocky in an in-game event.
The title will feature a whopping 143 cars for players to choose and drive with. Furthermore, Need for Speed Unbound will feature customization options, such as hundreds of cosmetic items, fits, car customization and brand-new Driving Effects.
The title will also feature multiplayer options and free-roam gameplay, allowing players to discover new routes on the map.
Need for Speed Unbound will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox One and PC on December 2nd, 2022. The pre-orders are currently live and come in two editions- standard and deluxe. Pre-ordering the title will get players some driving effects pack, decals, license plates, banner artwork, stickers and $150,000 Bank in your wallet when they first join multiplayer.
