Fans of Dying Light 2 who were waiting for the upcoming DLC Bloody Ties to drop next month might be in for unfortunate news. The open-world zombie survival horror game might’ve fumbled initially during the launch. However, over the last couple of months, Techland has polished and improved upon the game based on fan feedback and is continuing to do so.

Earlier a few months ago, Techland revealed the first of the few story DLC the game will receive. Called Bloody Ties, the upcoming DLC for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation will take players to a new story location called the Carnage Hall and let players unveil the story. Unfortunately, it seems it will take the team a few more months to launch the DLC.
Techland took over Dying Light’s official Twitter account to announce that they have decided to delay Bloody Ties DLC. Originally planned to launch in October, the DLC will launch by November 10th. Techland says they want to polish and squash bugs in the DLC as much as possible before the launch, prompting the delay.

This is the second delay the DLC got hit with. Bloody Ties initially targeted a June launch before pushing the release to mid-October.
To compensate, the dev team are planning to hold a Q&A with the community this Friday at 6 pm CEST. During the Q&A, the team plans to unveil more about the upcoming DLC and answer questions.
