PlayStation announces that Sackboy: A Big Adventure will release for PC on October 27, 2022. The news was originally announced early by PlayStation’s Latin America YouTube account.
The trailer officially confirms a few of the PC-specific settings players can expect in Sackboy: A Big Adventure. For starters, the PC port will support a 21:9 Ultrawide resolution monitor, 4K 120 frame rates for smooth gameplay, NVIDIA’s DLSS AI upscaling and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR).
Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a 3D platformer developed by Sumo Digital, who previously worked on LittleBigPlanet 3 and LittleBigPlanet Vita. The title was one of the few launch games for PlayStation 5, which also saw a PS4 release.
Sackboy is one of the two confirmed PlayStation titles heading to PC this year. Naughty Dog’s Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves will also launch next month.
Furthermore, Insomniac Games’ Marvel Spiderman: Miles Morales will release sometime later this year. This makes it a stacked few months for PlayStation on PC.
