Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man was a well-received title in 2018. With the game featuring a fun swinging mechanic, a great storyline featuring some of Spidey’s classic villains, and solid gameplay, it was the triumphant return of the series.
Naturally, the game’s success on PlayStation 4 prompted Sony to remaster the game for PlayStation 5 and recently on PC. While the PlayStation release did well, the PC release had an impressive launch in terms of numbers.

As of writing this post, the game had a solid start. The current all-time peak, based on 20 hours ago is 66, 436 people playing it. In contrast, God of War on PC clocked in at 73,529, making the Spider-Man launch the second biggest PlayStation title launch on PC. As of right now, approximately 48,000 players are playing the game.
The numbers clearly show the interest of PC players in PlayStation games on PC. If anything, this should push the company to release more exclusive titles on the aforementioned platform.
Spider-Man Remastered is available on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
