Far Cry 6 launch got a mixed reception from the gaming community. The sixth mainline entry in the long-running FPS series by Ubisoft saw players traverse through an island nation. Ruled by a tyrant dictator, the goal was simple- liberate the island nation. Unfortunately, many claimed that the gameplay was anything but liberating.
While many complained about the title, Ubisoft believes that the game did well and warranted more content. Announced earlier during the Far Cry 6 GOTY Edition reveal, Ubisoft unveils the upcoming DLC expansion.

Called Far Cry 6: Lost Between Worlds, it is a brand new story expansion which continues the tale of Dani Rojas in Yara. In the upcoming DLC, players will fill in the shoes of the protagonist once again in a fractured version of Yara.
Following the exploration of a mysterious meteorite impact site, Dani will discover themselves in a twisted space between worlds accompanied by a noncorporeal lifeform named Fai. Players will be tasked to fix Fai’s broken spacecraft, collecting five lost shards. Each shard will, in turn, increase Dani’s Overall stats for survivability.
To recover the shards, players will utilize their skills and navigate fifteen challenging trials called Rifts, defeating Shardfaces, humanoid and animal crystalline enemies.
Far Cry 6 Lost Between Worlds will go live on December 6 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Price at €19.99, the expansion also comes as a part of the Upgrade Pass for Far Cry 6. Check out the trailer down below.
