One of the hotly anticipated expansions of this month is the upcoming Monster Hunter: Rise expansion called Sunbreak. Set to feature a new region and monsters, providing hours of Monster Hunter goodness to players.
Ahead of its release, Capcom is revealing more details and tidbits regarding what can players expect from the expansion. As such, we get a look at not one but two monsters set to feature in the expansion.
The videos, published on IGN, showcase the gameplay of Espinas and Blood Orange Bishaten in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, giving players a flavour of it. Espinas was first introduced in Monster Hunter: Frontier and is making its western debut through the expansion. It can deal poison, fire, and paralysis damage to players and can be a menace.
Additionally, we get a look at the Insect Glaive weapons and Hunting Horn skills. Each weapon tree will also receive two new skills, courtesy of the switch skill swap. The expansion is set to launch tomorrow for PC and Nintendo Switch, with its first title update arriving in August, and future ones slated for Fall and Winter.
