Sony’s revamped PlayStation Plus offering gives its subscribers many reasons to grab one. Offered in three different tiers, each gives the subscribers respective benefits. While Essential tier subscribers are restricted to monthly titles, Extra and Premium subscribers get the downloadable games catalogue.
Much like the case every month, it seems the PlayStation Plus Essential offering got leaked ahead of its intended announcement. According to user billbil-kun on Dealabs, the December PlayStation Plus Essential offering is looking strong after a long time. The following games will be offered for December
- Mass Effect Legendary Edition on PlayStation 4
- Biomutant on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5
- Divine Knockout on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Billbil-Kun has successfully and accurately leaked the free game offerings earlier, so there is a good chance of this list being true.

As for the games offered, Mass Effect Legendary Edition is the remaster of the first three Mass Effect RPG games by Bioware. It follows Commander Shepard and the galaxy’s war and efforts to stop an ancient race called Reapers from destroying them.
Biomutant is a third-person hack-n-slash RPG where players control a mutant mammalian warrior in a post-apocalyptic world. It features an open world, a branching storyline and great combat.
Divine Knockout is a third-person platform fighter featuring unique characters and great gameplay.
Fortunately, given that December starts soon, Sony might officially announce the lineup for PlayStation Plus Essential today. However, take the rumours with a grain of salt until officially confirmed.
