In celebration of the Assassin’s Creed franchise completing its 15 years anniversary, Ubisoft revealed multiple projects in progress. These projects included the development of AC Mirage and a new mobile game codenamed Jade.
Just a few days ago, a mobile RPG game video leak surfaced on the internet. Many Assassin’s Creed fans found an uncanny resemblance with Ubisoft’s famous franchise in the leaked video. Thus, convincing many that it is the open-world mobile game that Ubisoft is working on.
Assassin’s Creed Jade is set in ancient China
The Assassin’s Creed codename Jade is going to be an open-world RPG mobile game from Ubisoft. As per the leaked video, the game will have its own storyline and allow players to make their own characters. Whatever character they make, the story will remain the same as Cyberpunk 2077 did with V.
Apart from the story, the gameplay looks like a direct port from the console version of an AC game. The graphics look stunning and the gameplay featured in the game feels quite similar to AC Origins and Odyssey.
As for location, the game takes place at iconic places like The Great Wall of China, Yangzhou City, Redwoods, and more. These places look living and breathing like most Assassin’s Creed games and don’t give the vibe of a mobile game.
