MultiVersus by Warner Bros. Games have made fighting game fans and casual fans excited. Featuring characters from various titles from Warner Bros., the game got each respective fanbase looking forward to playing the title.

With the game currently out in its open beta phase, Bugs Bunny from the Looney Toons series has been the dominant character in the roster. The character contains some hard-hitting moveset and is the go-to for people playing the game professionally. It seems, however, that the developers think he is a tad bit too tough and requires nerfs.

That is, according to what the game director Tony Huynh thinks (via VGC). Through a Twitter comment on a fan’s post, Hyunh says that the character will receive nerfs right after EVO ends, which is next week. He also said that the character will always be fun even with the nerfs.

Furthermore, the developers rolled out an update for MultiVersus, changing Batman’s Bat-Grapple, knockback fixes for Steven Universe’s air attack and Iron Giant’s Air Down Special Infinite.

We rolled out an online only patch earlier, that should improve on the Batman Grapple (but not all the way), Steven Nair knockback is fixed, and we think we finally fixed Iron Giant Air Down Special infinite. #MultiVersus

MultiVersus is currently in open beta for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game also features full cross-play support between all the platforms.
