Developer Ebb Software’s atmospheric horror game Scorn has been in development for a while, first appearing five years ago. Numerous delays later, we finally know when the H.R.Giger-inspired horror game is coming out.
Announced during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase, Ebb Software and Kepler Interactive debut a new gameplay trailer for the game. It centred on the game’s disturbing setting, an industry planet that lay in ruin.

The trailer also gives us a glimpse of the visceral, fleshy mechanism and creatures and some of the weapons players can use to fend for themselves. The game will feature open-ended, interconnected environments, which players have to traverse without assistance and gain abilities.
The game is available to pre-order and will launch on October 21, 2022, for Xbox Series X|S (day one with Xbox Gamepass) and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store). Check out the gameplay trailer for Scorn down below.
