Deathverse: Let It Die has been discontinued by its publishers, Super trick Games, and GungHo Online Entertainment. All operations for the videogame will be temporarily halted in July. However, GungHo Online has said that it intends to revive the title at a subsequent time.
Deathverse: Let It Die is a battle royale game that was launched in October 2022 and take place within the same world as 2016’s Let it Die. Gamers assume the roles of participants in the Death Jamboree, a broadcasted death game set several centuries after a catastrophic natural calamity.
Even for a battle royale, the game’s maximum match size of sixteen people is quite low. Nevertheless, it made an effort to freshen things up by including new Hunter opponents and a point system that rewarded creative killing. Deathverse was met with lackluster enthusiasm, and its player base swiftly began to dwindle.
The publisher tweeted and posted on their website on January 6 to notify the termination of Deathverse. On July 18 at 7 PM PDT (10 PM EDT), the game’s services will be turned down. Death Metal premium credit sales will end on February 7 at 8:59 p.m. Pacific/11:59 p.m.

Eastern. Death Metal is still used to buy guns, cosmetics, and other stuff in-game. Additionally, the message confirmed that the release schedule for Season 2 of Deathverse would not be altered. In addition, some Season 3 material is expected to drop before the services go down for maintenance.
The closure notice addressed some of the concerns of Deathverse: Let it Die, notably its latency and connection problems. Supertrick was unable to fix the game’s fundamental faults, despite the company’s claims of partial success in fixing these difficulties.
Therefore, the development team has chosen to temporarily disable Deathverse’s online features while it reworks the game. Supertrick and GungHo are hopeful that this method will help introduce the game to a bigger population. However, it is unknown how long it will take.
