Mizkif, a popular Twitch broadcaster, has been reinstated to the organization after it conducted an inquiry into allegations of a cover-up involving his sexual assault. When Twitch decided to undertake an independent investigation into the situation that involved CrazySlick and Adriana Lee, the streamer as well as co-founder of OTK, stepped down from both roles.
Lee said that CrazySlick molested her when she was unconscious during her 2021 birthday celebration, as detailed in a declaration she released on TwitLonger in September. She also claimed that CrazySlick’s roommates at the time, Mizkif, as well as his ex-girlfriend Maya Higa, had pressured her to gloss over the incident in order to protect the rapper’s image.
Mizkif issued his own statement in which he confessed to Lee and admitted to first underplaying the incident. Following Lee’s allegations and the disclosure of intercepted chats in which Mizkif used discriminatory and racial insults, OTK suspended the streamer without pay to send a message that it strongly rejected such behavior in all its forms.
OTK announced the completion of the Mizkif probe in a statement released on December 31st. After reviewing the information, the legal firm Jackson Walker LP concluded that the broadcaster did not try to conceal Lee’s sexual assault. But OTK stressed that there was an absence of empathy for the severity of the issue when Mizkif conducted his return stream in October. Thus, Mizkif has been removed from his position as OTK board member, but he has been given the opportunity to return to the firm on a strict probationary schedule until he can demonstrate to his group comrades that “he is capable of maintaining our organization’s ideals.”

Mizkif’s return was met with widespread disapproval from the Twitch community, with many users doubting the reliability of the third-party firm’s conclusions and claiming that OTK conducted the investigation themselves. These are reasonable worries, particularly in light of the fact that OTK co-founder Rich Campbell quit promptly when sexual assault allegations surfaced against him, yet Mizkif was given permission to return. But as one viewer reminded, the streamer is on supervised probation, so it’s likely OTK may terminate him if he’s discovered to have broken the firm’s trust again.
No response from Mizkif to the OTK news on social media or Twitch has been seen as of this posting. There’s no telling whether he’ll start streaming regularly again now that he’s reunited with OTK, and it’s also doubtful that he’ll receive the same good welcome from fans after the entire event.
