The film revolves around Amorth, as he tries to help a newly shifted American family. The family shifted into an old castle in Spain and after a few days, they started to experience paranormal occurrences. Later on, the mother realizes that her son Henry got possessed and asks the pope for help. The pope then sets Amorth for helping the family and exorcising whatever was haunting them.
