In the teaser, Khloé reaches out to her sister, asking if she’s alright. In a distressed state, Kim responds with a heartfelt admission, saying, “No, I’m not okay. Today has been incredibly challenging for me.”
During her confessional, Kim Kardashian opened up about her feelings towards Kanye West, expressing, “It’s disheartening to see how much he has changed from the person I married.
