A leak featuring extended gameplay footage of Payday 3 has surfaced on Reddit. The upcoming sequel to the heist-based video game, Payday 3 marks its announcement as the third game in the Payday series. It is also featuring the return of their iconic characters such as Hoxton and Chains. They won’t deviate towards creating a new gang with new members at the start since the original characters are already well-developed.
What do we know from the gameplay leak?
A Reddit user going by the username of u/No-Locksmith6678 posted about a press release footage of raw Payday 3 gameplay. A Vietnamese Content Creator accidentally uploaded the gameplay to YouTube. However, the privacy of the video was changed to private soon after. The Reddit Poster has added a link with the video which is 760 MB in size.
Payday 3 raw gameplay was just leaked

The video uploaded has a title that says “PAYDAY 3_ Trải Nghiệm Bản Beta Cùng Với Nhà Phát Triển-(1080p60)” which roughly translates to Payday 3 Beta Experience with Developers in 1080p 60 fps. Within the first few minutes of the clip, we come to know that Payday 3 will be featuring 8 heists in total at launch compared to Payday 2’s 18 different heists. The clip confirms Wolf as one of the playable characters at launch.
The Payday 3 leak shows the player on the same map as the gameplay trailer, featuring a small bank. Secure Capital Bank is the name of the bank, that is located somewhere in New York City. Excitement awaits fans, as they might be able to play this map in a beta version. The clip shows an exciting feature of calling down powerful weapons, which includes a Grenade Launcher. This heist will also be featuring a different handler, a woman of unknown origin.

Seems like Bain isn’t the handler for this heist anymore. Or we won’t get to see him in the Beta if it ever comes out, that is.
