The Witcher 3 next-gen update receives a life-saving hotfix
When The Witcher 3 next-gen update was released, the game saw the introduction of a lot of content. The introduction includes the addition of new quests based on the Netflix series and improved graphics. However, the experience was a bit jerky before the release of the hotfix for the game.

Global Community Director, Marcin Momot said the following about the update: “A hotfix that should improve overall stability and performance of the game has just gone live on PC. Please make sure to update your version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and let us know how you’re finding it.”
He also revealed the update size for the PC version and they are as follows:
- Steam: 3 GigaBytes
- GOG: 1.9 GigaBytes
