Forspoken is a new AAA title developed by Square Enix which will be arriving in early next year. The game is set to release on January 24, 2023, with a promising amount of game time. No delays have been mentioned regarding the release yet, so it will be arriving in less than one month.
While many are hyped to try out the game next, early reviews have been mixed. The game is said to provide a unique combat system and an open world unseen before.
How long will it take to complete Forsaken?
According to reports, it will take 30 to 40 hours to complete the main narrative of Forspoken. This playtime only includes the main narrative and will take longer to finish with other side quests. For an RPG game, the game seems pretty promising and players are excited to dive into it.
New AAA games provide an average total of 25 hours of gameplay including side quests. However, that isn’t the case with the upcoming Square Enix title. Players will be able to explore the vast world of Athia, which is a frictional world where Forspoken is set in.
Forspoken will be available on only PlayStation 5 and PC, excluding Xbox Series X/S. Making the game exclusive on two platforms only. The game won’t be released on older-gen consoles, as it is very graphics intensive. However, it is not known whether Square Enix plans on bringing the game to Xbox later on, of which chances are low.

Players who have pre-ordered the game can get bonus content when the game releases. These bonus contents are different for various editions that Square Enix is providing. Now, how Forspoken will perform is not known, so only time can tell how it performs after release.
