Every month, Epic Games Store offer two or, in some cases, three free games to its users. Sometimes these free games can be a humble indie offering. Other times, these games are big-budget AAA titles. This week’s free title, EA Motive developed Star Wars Squadron, saw players soaring through space. The next week’s game will see players use their knowledge for some tactical gameplay and to create their own RPG game.
Starting December 1, Epic Games Store users can claim All in Games’ Fort Triumph and Justin Arnold’s RPG in a box. In Fort Triumph, plays explore procedurally generated maps and strategize against enemies in a fight. The game features turn-based combat similar to XCOM, and exploration synonymous with Heroes of Might and Magic.

RPG in a box is a game creator made by Justin Arnold. The title contains everything necessary to create an RPG title. The game creator offers a beginner-friendly environment for users to try to create their ideas into reality. Later on, users can export the game created in the software as a standalone title for PC, Mac and Linux.
Both of these titles will be replacing Star Wars Squadrons, a 5v5 dogfight spaceship title set in the Star Wars universe. Additionally, the upcoming free-to-claim titles will be available for a week, until December 8.
To claim the game, users need to create an account with Epic Games. Furthermore, as per the report, Epic Games gave away around 89 free titles last year, with this year’s number unknown.
