Sony has shown its dedication to the growth of the PS Plus Extra and Premium title libraries by providing customers with access to these collections. The number of titles available on Sony’s Extra and Premium tiers continues to increase dramatically with each new release. Brands like Assassin’s Creed as well as Like a Dragon (Yakuza) have already had many titles added to the platform, and today’s arrivals are no exception. PlayStation Plus Extra members can now get 12 new titles, whereas PS Plus Premium members may download 5. Sony also announced that three more PS4 titles will be available in the PS4’s Extra Game Catalogue in the coming weeks.

This month, PS Plus Extra is dominated by the Kingdom Hearts series. Four of the 12 titles released today are from that series: Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX,  Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, and Kingdom Hearts 3. You’ll find a variety of other games, from big names like Skyrim to indie darlings such As the Gardens Between.

Meanwhile, PS3 owners who subscribe to PS Plus Premium are enjoying a heaping plate. In honor of the PS3 milestone, five Ratchet & Clank titles have been added to PS Plus. So long as you exclude Rift Apart, the two PSP titles, and the mobile games, all Ratchet & Clank games are available on PS Plus. When taken as a whole, this month’s batch of new content is rather strong.

Gamers should keep a close watch on the Game Catalog for release dates, and they should also prepare for the introduction of the PS Plus free titles for December 2022. (unlike last year).
