A new Spanish horror drama named ‘Killer Book Club’ has been recently released on Netflix. The film is said to give you spooky vibes, a thriller experience, and many jumpscares. Those who love horror will likely add this drama to their list.

The drama was announced to get released on Netflix Geeked Week 2022 where teasers of the upcoming films were debuted. What is the plot for the ‘Killer Book Club’?

The plot is adapted from a book of the same name written by Carlos Carcia Miranda. It revolves around a group of friends named Angela, Sara, Nando, Rai, Sebastian, Koldo, Eva, and Virginia.

Among them, the girl named Angels is a writer and has written a novel many years ago. Her novel got famous so her literary teacher asked her to come over to his office as he wanted to know about the story and her ideas. However, after she reached it, the professor tried to force himself over her.

After knowing what happened to her, Angela’s friends decided to teach him a lesson. They got an idea from the novel they just finished and thought of scaring him by dressing as murderous clowns. However, it took a bad turn and they ended up killing the professor.

On the next day, a stranger posted a link to a novel online where the author wrote about the murder and also added that he was going to take the culprits down one by one.

The killer dresses up as a clown just like the 8 friends and starts hunting them down one by one and writes about how he killed each one of them at a time.

Only 3 of them were left, Nando, Sebastian and Angela. The girl comes to know that it was one of them who planned the whole thing out just to get together with Angela but now to end the story of the novel he has to kill her. However, Angela manages to escape.
