Ask someone about who’s sudden death has affected them the most and you’ll get a range of responses. Death is a common occurrence in online titles, and in many cases, it serves as a pivotal plot device. However, there have been a few fatalities that still haunts us.

Here’s our list of The Saddest Death In Video Games.

1. Roach’s And Ghost’s Death

Up until the final mission of the game, the general shows no signs of being anything other than a devoted American and supportive of the marines’ endeavors. ” And thus it serves as quite a shocker when Shepherd exposes himself as the man behind all the destruction. attempting to kill both player & squad. In assisting the crew finds Vladimir Makarov, Modern Warfare’s major antagonist, Shephard had already earned the title of War Hero.

Even more startling is Shepherd’s cold-blooded murder of two of the COD’s most cherished figures, Roach, and Ghost. In many ways, the devs got it wrong when they decided to pull out two immensely beloved figures so casually. Murdering Shepherd became all the sweeter as a result, and it rendered the title so vivid.

2. John Marston – Red Dead Redemption

This is one of the best-written and best-acted video games ever, and the voiceovers are some of the greatest in the industry. This videogame has a stronger storyline compared to GTA 5. Owing to Red Dead’s excellent portrayal of John Marston, who progressed from a “horrible person” to evolve into a “decent man” to a “wonderful parent,” made his demise more tragic.

Every of John’s prior deeds and everything he suffered demonstrated this. Following his demise, you are met with his child as well as his widow, however, John’s widow suffers the same fate, as well. This is my favorite tale so far.

3. 2B’s Death

If we’re compelled to manipulate the avatar while they die during the gameplay, we feel the loss more keenly. For 2B, who is infected with a slew of viruses, she follows a straight line. Gamers are only left with one choice. Her circuitry degrades, her circuits malfunction, as flashes erupt out of her stumbling frame. Her language and computer render corrupted, spotty, and static as a result of this.

All of this concludes in 9S arriving at 2B’s deathbed much too late and seeing her cry up to him as she expires.

4. Aunt May’s Death

Despite the fact that our Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman’s Aunt May is merely a minor supporting player, the news of her passing caused a lot of heartaches. Because of her generosity, she contracts the illness that is sweeping through the town and proceeds to aid others still after she has been diagnosed.

It turns out that May was right about Peter becoming Spider-Man all along. When the antiserum runs out, he has no choice but to let her succumb so that he might have enough to cure New York.

5. Lee Everett’s Death

Lee Everett made his debut during the first episode of The Walking Dead. Ex-History Lecturer Accused of Killing Senator who Discovered Lee having sex with his spouse, following the Zombie outbreak. Lee later earned his freedom and meets Clementine, a little kid who is terrified and has nowhere to go. Players have a lot of freedom in determining Lee’s personality and actions.

Even if he has bad behavior towards others, the ex-convict is a staunch defender of the girl and has made a life-or-death commitment to her safety. This is possibly what made Lee’s demise so heartbreaking.
