Recently there was an animated movie of Spiderman named “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” which impressed the audience so much that they are eagerly waiting for the next part to get released. Just like Spiderman: No Way Home, this animated film also brought Spiderman from a different universe. Each of them had their own backstory. It even spotlighted a few scenes from the movie showing the actors Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire holding their dead grandfathers.
Later there were many attempts for making another sequel to The Amazing Spiderman after the appearance of Andrew Garfield was cut short but it was canceled by Sony. Will we get Amazing Spider-Man 3?
Amazing Spider-Man was supposed to get released in the year 2016. Later it was elated to 2018 and eventually, it was canceled. Unfortunately, we won’t be getting the Amazing Spider-Man 3. As we know that Andrew Garfield’s continuation of Spiderman was canceled by Sony before MCU decides to bring up Tom Holland as Spiderman.
This was because after The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was released, it received many critics from its audiences which made a negative impact. The movie received only $91 million on its first weekend of getting released and was not on good terms at Box Office.
Additionally, during that time other production houses like MCU, Fox, and Disney were also facing failures. Thus when Marvel decided to bring Spider-Man into their MCU, Garfield decided to hang up on the chance.

What would have been the plot of the film?
In the first sequel, we saw that Peter Parker was brought up by his Grand Parents Aunt May and Uncle Ben. This was because his parents had to flee away as they were being persecuted, however, it didn’t end well as later both of Peter’s parents were murdered.
It has been assumed that the killer who murdered them is The Gentleman a.k.a Gustav Fiers from the mysterious “Man In The Shadows”. So with this concept, in the 3rd Sequel’s plot, we could have seen the return of The Gentleman. Additionally, we would also get to see the returning villain, Dr. Norman Osborn. So Peter had to fight and defeat his parent’s killer along with his old enemy.
